Jennifer Rowland is Vice President of Investments & Operations where she leads deal diligence on all new investment opportunities as well as deal onboarding, execution, and ongoing maintenance.
Ms. Rowland is a former Vice President of Goldman Sachs where she worked in the Commodities Structured Finance Group in New York City, focusing on Energy in the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream Sectors. While there, she helped lead origination, structuring, and onboarding efforts for new deals. Prior to working in the Structured Finance Group, she ran the North American Physical and Structured Oil & Products trading book and was responsible for over $2bn of inventory pricing and risk management.
Ms. Rowland received her MBA and Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2012 where she graduated Cum Laude and was one of three Submatriculants in the Class of 2012. She is also a 2007 Alumnae of Deerfield Academy in Deerfield, MA, where she sits on the Executive Committee.
David Lauer manages the financial operations, accounting and administration duties for Enerstream Water Solutions.
David has over fourteen years’ experience in the energy industry. Most recently spending over 10 years as Vice President of finance for an energy services company in Saudi Arabia. While in the Middle East, David worked directly in numerous oil and gas projects, many with water-related focus. Prior to living abroad, David was a Senior registered representative for Charles Schwab & Co., where he worked on the Derivative/Trade desk team.
Mr. Lauer earned his MBA from La Sierra University in Riverside, CA and undergraduate degree at Union College, in Lincoln NE.
Mr. Abbott has served in oil and gas sector for over 15 years with his most recently tenure as Vice President of Manufacturing and Logistics at Flotek Industries located in Houston, TX. His roles at Flotek included manufacturing and distribution of stimulation chemical, managing last mile logistics, and developing and managing Flotek’s well site service and chemical application group. Prior to his time at Flotek, Mr. Abbott served in various sales and operational roles with Fort Worth based, FTS International and spent 9 years managing manufacturing and supply chain for FTS International’s chemical division.
Mr. Abbott has Bachelor degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma.
